Endemol Worldwide Distribution (EWD) is a division of Endemol Group a global leader in entertainment programming.

Endemol Worldwide Distribution has a library of over 29,000 hours of content. This includes Endemol-created and third-party drama, reality TV, factual, game shows, entertainment, children’s programming, animation and comedy. Our clients currently comprise around 400 broadcasters, licensees and producers.
 
Endemol Worldwide Distribution’s sales team is considered one of the most experienced in the industry.  Combining a wealth of marketing, broadcast, feature film and advertising sales experience, and fluent in over 12 languages, the sales team serves the international market from its offices in London, Sydney, Moscow, Los Angeles, Miami and Hong Kong.

Cathy Payne

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

London office

Cathy has held the position of Chief Executive of Endemol Worldwide Distribution since June 2009. Prior to Endemol Group's acquisition of the Southern Star Group, Cathy was Chief Executive of Southern Star International for nine years and grew the division to become one of the largest distributors of English language programming outside of the Hollywood Studios.

Cathy worked with Southern Star for over 20 years, having sold television programming in all major international markets and in the process has established an invaluable network of global contacts within the industry.

Cathy is responsible for the overall responsibility and management of the Endemol Worldwide Distribution business which operates from London, Los Angeles, Miami, Sydney, Moscow and Hong Kong including the management of product acquired from third party producers for distribution.

Matt Creasey

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – SALES AND ACQUISITIONS, AMERICAS, ASIA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Los Angeles office

With over 15 years experience spanning a wide range of territories and genres, Matt had previously held the position of Executive Director Americas, Asia and Australia/New Zealand since September 2009, prior to which he was Director of Sales, Endemol International for over three years.

Along with his current responsibilities of selling all Endemol produced and third party represented finished programs into North America and managing the sales team for Latin America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Matt’s role involves expanding Endemol’s finished program portfolio in North America, identifying and securing distribution rights to single titles and libraries across genres including drama, comedy, reality, entertainment and kids.

Mark Lawrence

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR EUROPE

London office

Mark Lawrence was appointed Executive Director Europe in January 2012. With over 20 years experience working in the Channel Broadcasting business, specialising in content acquisitions, channel management and co productions, Mark has previously held positions as Head of Acquisitions at Granada Media Group, Director of Acquisitions for The Hallmark Channels and most recently Director of Global Acquisitions at NBC Universal International Channels.

Mark oversees the European sales team in addition to expanding channel opportunities for the Endemol owned and represented catalogue. Mark also assists in assessment of third party scripted product acquired by Endemol.

Veronique Verges

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT LATIN AMERICA AND US HISPANIC

Miami office

Veronique was appointed Senior Vice President, Latin America and US Hispanic in January 2011 and is responsible for handling television sales of all programming to these territories. Previously Veronique was Executive Director of Sales - Europe.

Prior to Endemol Group's acquisition of the Southern Star Group, Veronique was Head of European Sales for Southern Star International for six years.

Gisela Asimus-Minnbergh

SALES DIRECTOR, UK & EIRE

London office

Gisela was appointed Sales Director of the UK & Eire in January 2011 and had previously held the position of Sales Director for Spain, Portugal, Italy and Africa since September 2009.

Prior to Endemol Group's acquisition of the Southern Star Group Gisela was Southern Star International's Senior Sales Executive - Italy, Spain and Portugal.

James Braham

SALES DIRECTOR, GERMANY & EASTERN EUROPE, GREECE, CYPRUS, MALTA & TURKEY

London office

James has been Sales Director for Eastern and Central Europe since September 2009 and has recently added Germany to his responsibilities.

Prior to Endemol Group's acquisition of Southern Star Group, James was Southern Star International's Sales Executive for Eastern Europe since mid 2005.

Kirsten Cargill

SALES DIRECTOR, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Kirsten has held the position of Sales Director Australia and New Zealand since September 2009.

Prior to Endemol Group's acquisition of Southern Star Group, Kirsten was Southern Star International's Senior Sales Executive Home Video.

Holly Winder

Holly was appointed Sales Director Nordic in September 2009 and is responsible for all programme sales across the region.

Holly joined Endemol International in June 2006 as a Sales Executive and was promoted to Senior Sales Executive in December 2008.

Claire Jago

London office

Claire was appointed Sales Director for Benelux in 2012. Prior to this she was the Sales Director for Middle East, Africa and Israel.

Claire joined Endemol International as part of the set-up team in February 2006, working across both Distribution and Scripted Programming and was previously Sales Executive for Greece, Turkey and Airlines.

Alexander Rubanov

Moscow office

Alexander was appointed Sales Director Russia, CIS, Balkan and Baltics in March 2013 and is responsible for programme sales across the regions.

Solange Ribeiro Murphy

SALES DIRECTOR, FRANCE AND FRENCH SPEAKING TERRITORIES

London office

Solange was appointed Sales Director France and French speaking territories in April 2013 and is responsible for programme sales in these territories. Previously Solange was response for sales into Italy and Iberia.

Prior to joining EWD, Solange was Acquisitions Manager, Free TV – Eastern Europe and Africa at Viasat Broadcasting.

Fabrizio de Leo was officially appointed Sales Director – Italy and Iberia in April 2013 and is responsible for all forms of exploitation into the assigned territories. Prior to this Fabrizio had been maternity cover in this role since August 2012.
